We'll review your plans, offer expert recommendations, organize logistics, identify anything that's been overlooked, and help bring all the moving pieces together into one cohesive plan.

This package was created for couples who enjoy the planning process but appreciate having an experienced professional available when questions arise.

We'll help with timelines, vendor recommendations, design ideas, layouts, budgeting, etiquette, logistics, problem-solving, and planning guidance—allowing you to stay in control while giving you the confidence that nothing has been missed.

You planned your wedding—now let us manage the details.

Beginning approximately one week before your wedding, we'll step in to become the primary point of contact for your vendors, finalize timelines, confirm logistics, oversee setup, coordinate deliveries, manage the ceremony and reception, troubleshoot unexpected situations, and ensure every detail comes together exactly as planned.

This allows you, your family, and your wedding party to fully enjoy the day without worrying about schedules, vendors, or behind-the-scenes coordination.

Every wedding begins with our Planning & Design Retainer of $500.

This includes your personalized Signature Planning Guide, planning consultation, event organization, initial timeline development, planning resources, vendor recommendations, budgeting guidance, and the foundation needed to begin designing your celebration.

From there, planning services are customized to your wedding.

We charge a transparent 15% Planning & Coordination Service Fee based on the scope of work we manage, plus an hourly rate for on-site coordination and event execution. This allows you to receive exactly the level of support you need while only paying for the services we provide.
