Chef Kevin Jerrold-Jones has spent more than 25 years creating exceptional dining experiences built on creativity, quality, and genuine hospitality.
His culinary journey began in 2000 at the National Culinary School in San Diego, California, before refining his craft at renowned luxury resorts including Montage Laguna Beach and The St. Regis Monarch Beach. These experiences shaped his passion for elevated cuisine and impeccable guest service.
Kevin's talent quickly earned him his first Executive Chef position at Tabu Grill in Laguna Beach, where his innovative menus helped the restaurant earn a prestigious Zagat rating of 29 for four consecutive years and recognition in the World's Best Restaurants edition.
His career continued as Executive Chef for Cory Martin Events in Beverly Hills, creating extraordinary culinary experiences for luxury weddings, celebrity events, political gatherings, and high-profile private celebrations. He later served as Executive Chef at Iva Lee's while consulting on restaurant openings throughout Southern California, helping develop menus, kitchen operations, and hospitality concepts.
Today, Kevin serves as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director at the Courtyard by Marriott Cedar City and co-owns Juniper Hills Events & Catering with his wife, Alison. Together, they combine exceptional cuisine, thoughtful event design, and genuine hospitality to create unforgettable celebrations throughout Southern Utah.

For Alison Jerrold-Jones, hospitality has never been just a career—it has always been about making people feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Her journey began at The St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort, where she worked as an esthetician at the renowned Miraval Spa. Immersed in Forbes and AAA standards of excellence, she learned that true hospitality isn't found in grand gestures, but in anticipating needs, paying attention to the smallest details, and creating an experience that guests remember long after they leave.
Creativity has always been a part of Alison's life. Inspired by both of her parents' passion for design, she developed an eye for beautiful, intentional spaces and believes the best events reflect the people they're created for—not the latest trends.
After raising three children, Alison rediscovered her passion through event planning, where she found the perfect balance of design, organization, and hospitality. Today, as co-owner of Juniper Hills Events & Catering, she creates experiences centered around one simple belief: people may forget the details, but they'll always remember how they felt.
Alison and Chef Kevin have been married for 18 years after meeting when she was just 19 years old. Their shared passion for hospitality, creativity, and serving others has become the foundation of both their marriage and their business. While Kevin brings extraordinary culinary expertise, Alison focuses on planning, design, logistics, and guest experience. Together, they each play a distinct role, combining their talents to create celebrations that are seamless, meaningful, and unforgettable.
